Teleconference Host - Tim Deer, MD, DABPM, FAADEP, CIME
	The host of the teleconference, Dr. Deer, currently practices as an anesthesiologist and pain specialist at the Center for Pain Relief in Charleston, West Virginia. He completed his medical training at the West Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Deer is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

Deborah Sanders, Patient Ambassador
